Payment & Insurance:
EHC participates with the following insurance companies:

Co-pay is due at time of service. If your insurance company is not participating then the minimum fee would be $100.00, which would be due before services are provided. If your insurance company is not on our list we will accept your payment and then proceed to file with your company. If the insurance company pays; any overage will be refunded to the patient
